This green smoothie packed with healthy nutrients will do wonders for your digestive system and it will give you flat  belly in no time.


To prepare the smoothie you will need:

100 grams of fresh spinach
30 grams of fresh mint
100 grams peeled pineapple
¼ of a lime
2 teaspoons of honey
Smaller piece of fresh peeled ginger root
¼ of teaspoon turmeric powder

Glass of water (200 ml)
Optional : Aloe Vera juice or gel

Preparation and use:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well until you get a smooth drink. Drink a glass of this smoothie every time you have large and heavy meal or you overeat.

Spinach is amazing source of iron and calcium as well as vitamin A and C which are the mostly responsible for the health benefits of this leafy green vegetable.

Mint is well known for it soothing effects on the digestive system. It improves digestion and prevents bloating. Mint can also reduce the heaviness that occurs with bloating, soothe irritated stomach and prevents cramps and gas.

Pineapple eases the decomposition of food in the organism, lowers appetite and since it is rich in fiber it can also improve the exchange of particles in the colon. Pineapple is also amazing source of vitamin C and manganese.

Ginger is amazing natural remedy for gastrointestinal problems. It prevents gas and cramps in the bowels. It can help with nausea and vomiting and neutralizes the toxins and acids.
