If you start noticing bags and dark circles around your eyes then your body struggles with some kind of health problem. Check the bags and circles. Bags and circles under the eyes can form as a result of dehydration, some blockages of blood and lymph in the capillary system of under eyes. When the bags and circles that form under the eyes are white and pale they can indicate you are dealing with anemia.

Circles and bags under the eyes can also appear as a result of tiredness, lack of sleep, exhaustion, smoking, bad nutrition that lacks vitamins and minerals, allergies, dermatitis.

Bags and circles are also a subject of genetics and besides being health problem they are also esthetic problem to most of people.

HOW TO PREVENT AND TREAT UNDER EYE BAGS AND CIRCLES

First you need to do is to go and see your doctor and determine the reasons they appear. Sometimes just removing the causes can be a helpful treatment.

Make sure your nutrition is rich in vitamins and minerals especially vitamins B and vitamin K. drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

Get a good night sleep. Make sure you sleep 8 hours so that your body can rest and recharge. Change your sleeping position. If you sleep on a side or on stomach then try sleeping on your back with your head slightly back. This will prevent liquids to fill up and form bags under the eyes.

Use vitamin C rich creams and always remove make up from your face. Reduce the amount of alcohol you are using because bags and dark circles are a following symptom of hangover.

HOME REMEDIES FOR CIRCLES AND UNDER EYE BAGS

Cucumber slices
Cold slices of cucumber can easy reduce swelling and help get rid of under eye bags.

Potato
Peel and grate a potato. Place it in gauze and put it under your eyes. It will remove swelling and lighten the dark circles.

Frozen spoons
Freeze two metal spoons and place them under the eyes. Leave them on for 15 minutes. Cold metal will shrink the blood vessels and reduce swelling fast.

Tea bags
Pour hot water over 2 tea bags and then leave them to cool down. Place them on your eyes and leave on for 15 minutes. Tannin will reduce swelling and remove circles under the eyes.

Egg white
Just spread some egg white on the baggies under your eyes and leave it on for 15 minutes.  Repeat this every day for a week and the baggies under your eyes will disappear.
