Human liver is around 5% fat, but when the level of fat starts to rise, it is causing a disease that is known as fatty liver. Fatty liver is very serious condition that causes serious damage in our organism. But luckily it is a condition that can be reversed naturally with help of few powerful foods.

Turmeric

Turmeric is very common spice with amazing health benefits. Science showed that it can be effective natural remedy in treating fatty liver. Regular use of turmeric can prevent this condition, but turmeric can also improves and speeds up the metabolism of fats so that just small amounts of fat will stay deposited in the liver.
