This is easy to make syrup that you can prepare of ingredients that you probably all have at home.

Ingredients:

½ kg of carrots
3-4 tablespoons of honey

2 teaspoons of fresh ground ginger.

Preparation
Wash and clean the carrots, slice them and place them in a pot. Pour in water to cover the carrots and place the pot on medium heat. When it starts to boil, put in the ginger and let it simmer until the carrots are soft. When the carrots are cooked strain the water and let it cool down. Put the carrots in a blender and mix until it is all smooth paste. When the water is cooled add the honey and the paste and mix it all well until it becomes homogenized syrup. Use
