To prepare the tea you need 15-20 dry olive leaves and a cup of water (250ml). Use leaves of trees that grow in clean environment and are not treated with synthetic pesticides. Bring the water to boil and add the leaves. Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat and then settle aside to cool down for 15 minutes. Strain and add lemon juice and honey to improve and enrich the taste.
