Breakfast is probably the most important meal of the day. It is the meal that should provide you with all the necessary nutrients and give you energy to jump start your day.

But most of us start the day with so many obligations and we usually don’t have the time to sit and eat breakfast and usually replace it with some fruit, mostly banana.

Most of us usually chose banana to replace the breakfast because there is one general belief that if you don’t have some time to sit and eat regular breakfast then the best choice for you is a banana.

According to experts, although banana seems like perfect breakfast, it really is not.

If you usually chose only banana to replace your most important meal of the day then your meal is not really that healthy.  If you eat them plain bananas contain 25% sugar and are slightly acidic which is not really good choice.

The best way to start your day is fat burning breakfast that will energize you and keep you full until your next meal. You can have that if you combine banana with some healthy fats as avocado or add spices. If you only eat a banana you will feel short rush of sugar and then you will soon start to get hungry and tired.

Banana is very healthy fruit that is rich in essential minerals such as potassium and magnesium and healthy fiber. But it is in a group of acidic foods which means that it is necessary to combine it well in order to avoid the acidic effect it has on human body. It is also rich in sugar so you need to be careful when and how much you eat it.

Banana is a part of one very effective diet but it is combined with warm water. It is also well mixed with cinnamon and if you still want to stick only to banana, then a banana will be a good snack it is not good choice for healthy morning meal.
