It is really strange but it is harder to determine the real amount of calories that one drink has, probably because liquids seem less harmful when we count the calories.
But that is wrong. There are drinks that contain very high concentration of sugar and are high in calories which make them dangerous if you are struggling with body weight.
Alcohol drinks are also dangerous because they cause various damages to organism and also contain a lot of calories and can make you gain weight.
But this is not all. There are other drinks, some of them are even considered healthy that contains significant amount of calories and can make you fat.

There all-time favorite drink is getting new variations every day and there are cafeterias that offer amazing range of different coffee tastes, some of them even contain over 500 calories per cup. But even simple canned ice coffee can contain 24 grams of sugar per cup. If you struggle with weight problems then stick to the simple black coffee that has few calories if you don’t add sugar or milk.
Milk is inevitable part of your breakfast cereal and your morning coffee. And it is good as long as you stick to this. But it is not good to look at it as a drink because milk is a food, containing 130 calories in a glass among it 10 grams of sugar.
It is not always true that ice tea is calorie free. If you buy it in supermarket it may be packed with sugar and can be real calorie bomb. Don’t buy ice tea, prepare it on your own. That way you will know what you are putting in your organism and how many calories and sugars your ice tea has.
Smoothie is the perfect replacement for a breakfast or a snack for people that are always busy. This is the best way to supply the organism with all the needed vitamins and minerals. But if you don’t have time to make your smoothie on your own, be careful with those that you buy in the store because they may contain sweeteners that makes them high in calories and sugars, and enemy to your good look.
