A popular saying that says that what younger teat is what we are, is definitely true. Nutritional habits of people around the world prove that even though there are some exceptions, we can generalize that people from the countries that eat fresh food are the healthiest and younger looking.

We can definitely list people from the Asian countries. Asian people, especially women look much younger than their real age and they are healthier from woman from western countries that are addicted to different nutrition habits. This is a result of the fact that women in Japan still stick to their traditional nutrition that is rich in fresh vegetables and fruits, soy, fish and whole grains. Japanese women stick to nutrition that doesn’t contain meat and animal based fats. This kind of diet protects the body from storing fats, body produces less toxins and as a result of that the body stays healthy and the skin is young looking firm and elastic.

Women from Japan usually start their day with fresh fruit and some yogurt. The rest of the day they stick to some of these foods.

Rice and noodles
Rice and noodles are foods that will keep you full trough the day. Rice has the ability to help throw out water and toxins from the body. Noodles that Japanese women use are made from rice and buckwheat and are packed with protein and other beneficial nutrients.

Fish

Sea fish is rich in omega 3 fatty acids that are beneficial for healthy heart and cardiovascular system. They prepare the fish with on tiny amount of oil and also eat it raw.

Soy
Soy is a cereal-legume that is rich in amino acids. Nutritional value of soy is equal to meat but is much healthier choice because it is rich in fatty acids that keep the heart healthy. Soy is also rich in protein and collagen that keep the skin healthy and young.

Miso soup
Miso soup is usual snack. It is prepared with fish stock, wakame algae, miso paste and tofu.

Green tea
Japanese women drink at least 3 cups of green tea a day. It is rich in antioxidants that keep the heart healthy, prevent from diseases and help weight loss.

Although  a lot of Japanese women are affected with the nutritional trends a lot of them still stick to these traditional food that keep the secret of vitality, youthful skin and fit body.
