Potatoes contain starch and when combined with lactic acids will provide you with exact daily amount of calories you need. It is also very important to provide your body with a lot of water to keep it hydrated and enable it to do all it functions normally. Starch combined with water will fill you up and prolong the feeling of satiety that is important for every diet.

Potato and yogurt diet menu

Day 1
Breakfast: 1 boiled potato and a cup of yogurt.
Lunch: 2 boiled potatoes and a cup of yogurt.
Diner: 2 cups of yogurt.

Day 2

Breakfast: 1 cup of yogurt
Lunch: 2 boiled potatoes and a cup of yogurt
Dinner: 1 boiled potato and 1 cup of yogurt.

Day 3
Breakfast: 1 boiled potato
Lunch: 1 boiled potato and a cup of yogurt.
Dinner: 1 cup of yogurt.

You can repeat this one more time in a row but no more. Don’t season the potatoes and don’t replace it with fried or baked potato. Boiled potatoes are good for your health, especially if you boil them with skin. It contains vitamins, minerals and fiber that are beneficial for the digestion.  Yogurt contains pro-biotic that can regulate the digestion and speed up the elimination of the toxins from the body.
