We all can afford to take a break from the healthy lifestyle and eat a piece of some nice cake once in a while.  There is an old saying that says a little of what you want is good for you, as long it is a little. So if you want to treat yourself with a piece of tasty and cake you may want to check out this recipe, because it is the literally chocolate dream in your mouth, so tasty and moist and yet so easy to prepare.

So if you decided to cheat on your healthy lifestyle for one desert, maybe you will want to use dark chocolate in preparations because we all know it has certain benefits on our health. If you are convinced and want to try this cake than keep reading the recipe for this guilty chocolate pleasure is right bellow.

EASY MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE-RECIPE

To prepare this tasty and easy cake you will need the following

 Ingredients:

4 eggs,  125 grams of unsalted butter, 100 grams of sugar 3 tablespoons white flour, teaspoon of baking powder,  100 ml chocolate milk, 500 grams of dark chocolate and 1 liter of double cream.

Preparation:

First you need to prepare the biscuit. Let the butter on the room temperature to soften and melt 100 grams of chocolate. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar to create thick foamy mixture. Then add the melted butter and chocolate. Mix it well and then add the flour with a teaspoon of baking powder. Mix the egg whites separately to create nice foam. Add the whites spoon by spoon in the previous mixture slowly mixing with wooden spoon so that the cake becomes fluffy and airy when it bakes.  Place the mixture in a 28 cm mold and put it in preheated oven for around 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. When the cake is baked, take it out of the oven and pour over 100 ml of cold chocolate milk. The cake will reduce when you add the milk but it is how it needs to be. Set the mold aside to prepare the cream. Put the cream in a pan on low heat and add 400 grams of quality dark chocolate. Mix it until the chocolate melts and homogenizes with the double cream. Remember keep it on low heat and do not let it boil, you need to remove the pan from the heat seconds before the cream starts to boil. Set the cream aside for a while and then slowly pour it over the biscuit, with a ladle. Let the cake cool down on room temperature and then put it in fridge for overnight.

You can decorate or serve the cake using fresh fruits because some go great with chocolate and fruit will probably lower the level of guilt. Enjoy J
