Lunch: Fruits

Dinner: Smoked chicken and salad

Friday

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs and cooked vegetables

Dinner: grilled fish and salad

Saturday

Lunch: fruits

Dinner: chicken and vegetables

Sunday

Lunch: Chicken with cooked vegetables and potato salad

Dinner: cooked vegetables.

WEEK 2

Don’t forget

Stay away from sugar and sugary drinks even if they are labeled as diet. The best drink is water or unsweetened green tea. You can have no sugar coffee. Don’t drink alcohol.
