FAT BURNING COCONUT COOKIES-RECIPE

These coconut cookies are sweet, healthy, fat burning and an amazing breakfast.

But let’s start from the beginning. Here is what you will need to prepare these amazing cookies.

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups of coconut flakes
¼ cup of sunflower seeds
½ cup of high quality protein powder of your choice

1/8 cup of water

2 tablespoons of high quality coconut oil

1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

How to prepare the cookies

Get a bigger bowl and pour in the coconut flakes. Chop the sunflower seeds and add them in the bowl. Add all the ingredients and mix it all well until it all unites. Turn on the oven at 150 degrees Celsius. Cover the baking tray with bake paper. Get an ice cream scooper and get a scoop of the cookie mass in the bowl. Place it on the tray and then carefully press over.  Repeat the process until you are done with the mass. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Leave them to cool down and they are ready for serving.

Extra tips

You can modify this recipe by your taste by replacing and adding different seeds or nuts, you can also use protein powder of different taste to add new flavors. Combine and mix as you wish, you will always get one same amazing weight loss cookies that are a good breakfast.

These cookies don’t contain sugar but are rich in protein and that is the main reason that they can be good breakfast.  It is scientifically proved that protein rich breakfast will keep you energized longer in the day, and it will also lower the desire for sweets. This will also control the level of sugar in the blood and keep it on normal. You will lose weight and still enjoy in the taste of the sweets.
