This one is a bedtime drink. It is also easy to prepare and you need to drink it before you go to sleep.

To prepare this drink you need:

80 ml of water,
170 ml of milk,
1 teaspoon of cinnamon,
1 teaspoon of ginger,
teaspoon of curry.

Preparation

Boil the water and then remove from the heat and add milk, cinnamon, ginger and curry. Mix until it is united and drink before you go to bed.
