Kidneys have a role of the filter to the organism. During a period of just 24 hours about 200 liters of blood passes through the kidneys and it is being filtrated so that the toxins that get in the blood through the digestion system.

To keep the kidneys in good shape you need to eat healthy and unprocessed food. Kidneys need potassium and magnesium to be healthy, so bring food rich with these minerals on your plate every day. Drink a lot of water. 8 glasses of water a day is the minimum water a grown up person needs to be healthy.  Add a lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs to you menu. It will provide all needed minerals and vitamins to keep the kidneys and the whole body healthy.

 

KIDNEY JUICE-RECIPE

To keep the kidneys healthy and to make sure their proper function you need to drink this juice at least once a day. This juice is healthy, nutritious, and it will clean the body of toxins and keep the kidneys healthy.

To prepare the juice you will need the following ingredients:  cup of water, half bunch of parsley, banana and kiwi. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until it is all well blended.

You can also add half avocado, handful of spinach or kale or ¼ cup of walnuts by choice to enrich the taste and the nutritional value of the juice.

The best is to drink the juice on empty stomach once a day. It will keep the kidneys clean and healthy so they can normally do their job.
