Every day we eat food that is pretty dangerous for our health, most of the time we eat meat that is thermally processed and pumped with chemicals, candies that are full with sugar and flour that makes our body store fat. Almost all of us drink milk every morning, but milk can cause bloating, as we go older our body loses the ability to digest lactose. We have mentioned some of them and nutritionists warn us every day to take our health seriously and to start to live healthier life, but we almost never believe in what they are saying. Drinking milk is good for babies it can reduce the risk of many diseases and for young people has the ability to strengthen bones because it contains calcium. But as we go older is not so beneficial on our health because our body loses the ability to digest lactose and can create unhealthy environment in our body that can greatly increase the risk of cancer.
As alternative of milk we can start drinking kefir, it is good for digestions, it can greatly improve our immune system, drinking kefir is also good for skin. It is number one drink for weight loss; kefir can minimize lactose in our organism so is good for everyone who suffers from diabetes
Soda is the most dangerous drink that we consume every day. You may ask why ? One glass of soda has nine spoon of sugar, so it can increase the risk of diabetes, our body store fat more quickly. Soda contains phosphoric acid that can minimize calcium in our body so it’s bad for bones, or bones fractures. In July 2007 “Epidemiology” has published article about how soda can increase the risk of kidney disease because its affect our urinary changes.
Instead of soda you can start drinking fresh juices from fruits like pineapple, lemon, tangerines, orange and other water containing fruits. All you have to do is to squeeze the juice from them and drink it. It’s so simple and health beneficial.
Thermally processed Red Meat
Eating meat that is thermally processed can cause cancer because is not fresh, it is full whit salt, and the natural state of meat is completely changed. Almost every doctor will tell you that eating red processed meat will increase the chances of getting cancer. The state when healthy human cells will probably turn into a cancer cells.
But you can still eat meat in fresh state, it is less cancer causing than processed meat. Instead of red meat you can start eating white meat because it has lower concentration of blood in the meat and whith that the risk of getting cancer is very low.
Someone may ask how canned food can be dangerous to our health. The answer is simply because it contain BPA it stands for bisphenol A. Bisphenol A is a chemical that is used in production of plastic products one of them are cans for food storing. BPA can affect our brain, prostate, blood pressure, and young people in puberty.
We can still consume canned food, but only those who are labeled for BPA free. Avoid heating up food in polycarbonate plastic instead of that use stainless steel, glass or porcelain.
Genetically Modified Food
Almost two decades all of us eat genetically modified food or GMO food, or you can find it by other name like GMO (Genetically Modified organism) . GM food is produced from organisms who changes in their DNA whit methods have known as genetic engineering. Doctors say that GMO food can cause cancer, antibiotic resistance, and allergies.
