SIGNS YOUR BODY SENDS A MONTH BEFORE HEART ATTACK
The heart gets lower amounts of blood when the arteries are narrowed. Lower amounts of blood causes difficulties in the normal functioning of the heart and it is a cause we feel tiredness and sleepiness all the time, even when we are rest and get enough sleep.
Lack of breath
When the heart gets lower amounts of blood then the lungs get lower amounts of oxygen and it is causing you breathing problems. If you feel lack of breath go and see your doctor as fast as you can, because lack of breath may mean that the time of a heart attack is near.
When the arteries narrow the blood circulation is not right and it is causing weakness. Your body is weak because the muscles are not getting what they need to function right and there are times you may fall.
When the circulation is not right, the amount of blood that gets to the brain is also limited and that is a life threatening situation. When this happens you may feel dizziness and confusion. Don’t ignore these signs.
Pressure in the chest
Pressure in the chest is most common early symptom of a heart attack. You will feel like something is not right inside the chest, you also may feel pain with smaller intensity or high blood pressure. When these symptoms become more often the time of heart attack is near.
Cold or flu symptoms
When these symptoms appear without a reason, it is a sign that a heart attack is near. Survivors of a heart attack say that they started feeling sudden symptoms of flu like caught and fever just days before the heart attack.
When the body is not getting the needed amounts of blood you feel bad, cold and sticky and covered in cold sweat. This symptom should not be ignored.
Symptoms of nausea, heartburn and indigestion may also mean that the heart attack is near.
