Make tea with 6 tablespoons of lavender, 6 tablespoons of chamomile and 6 tablespoons of grated carrots. Strain it and add 6 tablespoons of honey. Let it stand for an hour and then pour it in your bath water and enjoy. Skin cells regenerate while you sleep, therefore it is very important to apply these treatments before you go to sleep, that way your skin will absorb the nutrients better.
