Get rid of dandruff
Some studies confirmed that there is a link between dandruff and gray hairs. You can use lemon juice to clean the skin of your hair and naturally remove dandruff and that way prevent gray hairs.
Chamomile and henna
A mixture of chamomile and henna can help you against gray hairs. You need to make a paste of chamomile and henna powder and boiling water. Then add a tablespoon of vinegar. When the mixture is cold apply it on the hair and leave it on for 20 minutes and then wash off.
This is probably one of the best ingredients against gray hairs and it is also used for production of shampoos. You need to dry the gooseberry on the sun and then turn it in a powder and add some coconut oil. Apply the mixture on the hair and leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash off. Repeat the procedure when needed.
Food rich in iron
You need food rich in iron because the iron that we intake with the food helps the production of melanin. Sea food, leafy greens, nuts are some of the most rich in iron foods.

Reduce the stress
Studies show that people that are exposed to stress are prone to premature graying of hair. Regular exercise, meditation and some food can help you with reducing the level of stress.
Curry leaves can keep the color of your hair for a long time. You can use them in your nutrition and as a hair pack. Prepare the pack by heating up the leaves and coconut oil. Then when it cools down apply it on the hair by rubbing it in on the scull.
Add a tablespoon of salt in half glass of black tea and rub it in the hair gently massaging the scull. Leave it on for half hour and then wash it off with your usual shampoo.
