To prepare the remedy you need potato, onion and flaxseeds.

This is the procedure to prepare the wraps:
Soak a tablespoon of flaxseeds in about 300 ml of water. Cook it on a medium heat for about 10 minutes, until the seeds start to create the mushy liquid.  Wash a potato with a skin and grate it all. Grate one onion and combine it all together. Mix it all together and remove the excess liquid from the mixture.

HOW TO USE THE WRAPS

Arms, fingers and toes
Fill old socks or gloves with the mixture. Put on the sock or glove and then put on a plastic bag so that it can prevent liquid to drop.

Knees, hips, spine and ribs
Put the mixture in gauze and then apply it on the affected area. Then wrap the place with a bandage or a plastic wrap.
It is recommended to let the wraps overnight and then remove them in the morning. Throw the wraps away and prepare new for the next treatment. Wash the treated place with soap and water. If you notice irritations on the skin, apply Vaseline or olive oil. It is recommended to use fish oil along with this wraps because it will work along with the wraps and help improve the condition.
