400 grams of cucumbers, 200 ml of sour milk or yogurt or homemade kefir, you can also add spring garlic if you like.
Peel the cucumbers and slice them in thin circles. Season with salt and add the yogurt mix everything and add finely chopped spring garlic by taste. Serve it immediately.
Put one whole cucumber, handful of baby spinach, and apple in a blender. Add some grinded ginger. Mix it all well until it homogenizes and pour it a glass.
