WHAT CAUSES BRITTLE NAILS?

Orange, garlic and olive oil nail bath
Mix some fresh orange juice and clove of crushed garlic and put your nails in the mixture. Let them stay in for 15 minutes and then let them dry. Afterwards put them in a ¼ of a cup of olive oil and hold them in for 10 minutes. Repeat twice a week. You will notice results after just a week and you will be amazed by them.
Use natural oils like almond or argan oil to take care of your nails. They are rich and nutritious and they will keep your nails and hands hydrated and strong. Regular use of natural oils for nail care also prevents formation of cuticles.
Oil and lemon soak
Mix some oil with a teaspoon of lemon juice. Soak your nails for ten minutes. Then soak a cotton ball in the same mixture and massage your nails and fingertips with the mixture. The best time to do this is after a shower when the nails are softer and can absorb the oil better.
Garlic nail strengthener
Get a clove of garlic and chop it finely and then put it in a clear nail polish or a base. Get biotin based nail polish or a base. Shake it a little and apply on the nails. Your nails will be shinny and will also become stronger.
