Turmeric

Apple cider vinegar
Vinegar can reduce joint pain by eliminating toxins from the joints and connective tissue. It has strong alkalizing effect and it is good for people suffering from rheumatoid arthritis. Apple cider vinegar is rich in magnesium, calcium, potassium and phosphorus. You can drink a glass of warm water with 1-3 teaspoons of apple cider and some honey before your meals at least twice a day. You can also use apple cider vinegar mixed with olive oil to massage the affected and painful joints.

Garlic

Garlic is rich in sulfur and selenium and it makes it excellent natural remedy for people who suffer from joint pain. Sulfur can reduce pain and inflammation, and selenium has anti rheumatic. Folk’s medicine recommends eating at least 2-3 cloves of garlic a day. You can also fry few cloves of garlic in sesame oil, and when the garlic gets darker remove them from the oil. When the oil cools down massage the painful joints and leave it on for three hours and then wash off. Do this twice a day.

Ginger
Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties and it makes it excellent natural remedy for joint pain. Use it regularly as tea and add it to your meals to feel it effects.

HOW TO RELIEVE YOUR JOINT PAIN

Nettle
Scientific studies confirmed that nettle can be effective natural remedy to relieve the joint pain.
Put 2-3 teaspoons of dried nettle leaves in a cup of boiling water and leave it aside for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain the tea and drink it 3 times a day.
