How to make the ginger wraps
To prepare the wraps you will need some time and some simple ingredients that you almost always have in your kitchen. It will take: honey, ginger, coconut oil, napkin, gauze and bandage.
Add some coconut oil and fresh squeezed ginger juice in honey and then add the flour. Make it into a paste. Don’t touch the paste with the hands. Transfer the paste on a napkin and wrap it with gauze. Apply the wrap on the chest or on the back, and secure with a bandage. Then you can put on your pajamas and go to bed. For children apply the wrapping 2-3 hours before bedtime and then remove it before you put them to sleep. The treatment causes excessive sweating and it does not have any side effects. The only thing you need to know is that if you leave it to react on child’s skin for too long it may cause unpleasant feeling.
