Turmeric can cure almost any disease
you can use turmeric on its own and you can also add it to your meal. The usual dose is 1/8 to 1/4 of a teaspoon of turmeric in each meal. This is what you can achieve with regular use.

To control blood sugar levels and reduce the dose of synthetic drugs turmeric is recommended in combination with Mumio tablet. The standard dose is 500 mg of turmeric with a Mumio tablet twice a day.
