1 tablespoon of milk
1 tablespoon of honey
3-4 tablespoons of rice. You can use white, brown, whole grain, basmati… any kind of rice is good.

Preparation of the treatment
Put the rice in cold water. Place the pot on the heat and cook over medium heat. When the rice sis cooked, strain it and put the rice in one bowl and the water in the other. Put the milk and honey in a bowl with the rice and make a paste. Apply the paste on the cleaned face and let it on for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse it off with the rice water. Don’t use any kind of soap and chemicals. Repeat this treatment 2 times a week for a period of 4-5 weeks. In this period your skin will become healthier, and younger and more beautiful.
