Turmeric tea for pain and inflammation

To prepare this tea, you will need the following ingredients:

2 tablespoons fresh grated turmeric root or 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder,
1 liter of water,
honey and lemon

Preparation:
Put water on the stove and bring it to boil. Add the turmeric. If you use grated turmeric, let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, and if you use turmeric powder, simmer for 10. Remove from the heat and strain the tea. Add honey and squeezed lemon.  Drink the tea while it is hot.
