Around 50 percent of people in middle age usually have problems with varicose veins.  Women are usually most affected in the pregnancy and after 50th year. If we stand longer period pressure on the veins increases by 10 times and create varicose veins

Varicose veins are most common on the legs. Mostly they cause just mild discomfort but there are severe cases, where scaring, swelling and itching appears. They are followed by pain and heaviness especially after longer period of standing

Main cause of varicose veins is genetics. But it is not excluded that other factors like bad nutrition, lack of physical activity, long standing, and obesity can also be a cause. Varicose veins increase the risk of liver disease or a weakness of the cardiovascular system.
Varicose veins commonly appear during pregnancy, as a cause of the increased pressure of the uterus on abdominal veins, which creates greater pressure in the veins in the legs.

Food has important impact on the problems with veins. If you have a predisposition for this disease, you need a lot of healthy fiber – vegetables, fruits, legumes and grains in your nutrition. Flavonoids are another nutrient that is important for people with varicose veins. Fruits like cherries, blueberries, blackberries and currants, are rich with flavonoids that improve the function of the vascular system.

There are a lot of ways to treat varicose veins. You can go with conventional or alternative way and you can also try remedies that you already have in your house. Here are the best:

Fresh cabbage leaves are good choice to treat inflamed veins. All you need is to take a few fresh leaves and place them on the areas that are affected and then cover with a sock or bandage or you can even use fresh foil. When the leaves get dry replace them with n as you think you should. It is good to keep it overnight. At the beginning the swelling will disappear and the pain will go away. But with regular use the varicose veins will significantly withdraw and the skin that was inflamed and red will become tender and bright.
Apple cider vinegar
It is very useful simple home remedy for varicose veins. it improves circulation and reduces spider veins. You just have to soak a gauze, cotton bud or diaper in apple cider vinegar and place it on the affected parts. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes. Repeat the process twice a day for a month.

You can use both green and red tomatoes. Wash them and slice on thin circles. Place the tomatoes on the affected areas and wrap it with a bandage. Leave it on until you start to feel tangling on the legs. If you can’t stand the tangling sensation on the legs wash them with water. Repeat this 5times in a day for two weeks. Changes will be visible very soon.  Using ripe tomatoes is pretty much the same, but apply them two times a day. It depends on the person how long you will need to repeat the treatment. You can also use both green and ripe tomatoes.

I think you’ve handled after pretty much all important topics. One thing I’ve noticed with exercises is that I need far more sleep than before. At least 10 hours is a rule for me. Workout with a resistance band is very enjoyable. Can you recommand me the best on?
