Essential oils have amazing fragrance and also therapeutic properties. In order to have the beneficial effect for human body and mind the oil needs to be made of high quality natural ingredients.

But sadly the markets are overloaded with all kinds of oils wits suspicious quality that are not even close to real product. You should be careful when you choose a type of essential oil because some brands are made of synthetic ingredients with added fragrance and you cannot use them for anything else except fragrance.

THE QUALITY OF THE ESSENTIAL OILS

The best way to determine the quality of the oil you want to buy is to check the label on the bottle. If the oil is “real” then this is what it must have on the bottle:

1. The Latin name of species of the plant it is made from. This is very important because the quality of the various spices of one plant is different.
2. Part of the plant the oil is produced from.
3. The way the oil is produced.
4. The main chemical components the oil contains because it is a factor that can vary depending of climate the plant grows in.
5. The country the plant is grown in.
6. The way of production that can be bio dynamic, organic, conventional, and traditional.

If the label does not contain the properties listed above, then it is probably not real essential oil but a cheap copy.

ESSENTIAL OILS YOU NEED EVERY DAY

PEPPERMINT

TEA TREE

Tea tree essential oil is one of the most healing essential oils and one that has the widest range of use. It is used as powerful antibacterial, antiviral and anti fungal effect – is more than clear that is widely used in a variety of infections and inflammatory conditions of the skin.
You can use it directly but is recommended to dissolve it first. That way can also be used orally for external problems. It has a wide range use for pain and stomach cramps, pain in the throat, bronchitis and asthma, rheumatism and muscle pain, acne and pimple, against burns and cuts, against genital warts and warts, against a variety of skin diseases, insect bites, and infection of the mouth, nose and ears, against dandruff and seborrhea and against lice. You can make a natural face lotion by adding 3 drops in ½ a glass of water and clean your skin. You can also add it in your soap or spray.

LAVENDER

It protects against insects, mostly mosquitoes and lice. For this cause just apply few drops on the skin. Lavender oil perfect for treating acne, relax tired feed and remove odors. You can rub in few drops of lavender oil on the lower abdomen to relieve menstrual cramps. It is very powerful against stress, anxiety and migraine. You can achieve these effects by inhaling the oil.

This oil is very popular lately because it is discovered that it is a powerful remedy against cancer. It is known as remedy for inflammation and infections. It is immunity booster, can be used for asthma, skin care and has antiseptic and anti depressant properties.
