Garlic is probably one of the oldest cultivated plants in the world that is a part of human life over 5000 years. Garlic has amazing amount of health benefits for human organism. Garlic and honey create very powerful natural remedy with a variety of health benefits. It is very unusual mix but it works perfectly well in providing the organism with needed protection and energy.

To prepare this remedy you will need:
3-4 heads of garlic
A glass of natural honey
Glass jar with a lid.

How to prepare it:
First wash well and sterilize the jar. You can do this by placing it in the oven for 15 minutes on 100 degrees Celsius. Separate the cloves from the garlic head. Peel them. You can also crush them with a knife, that way the remedy will sooner be ready for use. Place the cloves of garlic in the jar. Then pour in the honey. Leave some empty space between the garlic and the lid. Make sure the honey covers well all the cloves. Seal the jar and leave it in the refrigerator. It needs to stay for a few days but it is for the best to leave it a week or two.

How to use the remedy
It is recommended to eat about 5 cloves of garlic during the day. Some people have a habit of replacing the cloves with new ones. After you start feeling better you can eat 1-2 cloves. But don’t stop using them to keep the body in good shape.
