Breakfast: 2 Slices of pineapple and a whole grain toast with low-sugar jam.

Lunch:  2 Slices of pineapple and 200 grams of grilled tuna, seasoned with olive oil, salt and   pepper.

Dinner: 2 slices of pineapple, 200 grams of grilled chicken breast and lettuce salad dressed with vinegar and olive oil.

Day2

Breakfast:  2 Slices of pineapple, a slice of bread with low-fat cheese

Lunch:  Grilled beef steak, seasoned with a tablespoon of olive oil and 2 slices of pineapple.

Dinner: Light cream made with purifying plant vegetables and 2 slices of pineapple.

 

Day 3

Repeat Day 1 menu

 

Day 4

Repeat Day 2 menu

 

This is a low calorie diet and you may experience feelings of hunger, lack of energy, as well as anxiety. That is your body’s reaction to the diet and it is normal.
