There are a lot of ways of cocoa preparation. Here is how I prepare it:
In a pot pour 200 ml of water and 100 ml of milk. Add two to three teaspoons of quality cocoa powder. Place the pot on medium heat and warm up until it starts to boil, mixing it all the time. Add a teaspoon of brown sugar (or honey). Pour it in a cup. You can add a tablespoon of single cream and sprinkle some cinnamon on top. You can also add marshmallows.
