NATURAL WAYS TO IMPROVE YOUR CIRCULATION

If you constantly feel cold that mainly means that it is time you start doing something to improve your circulation.
Over time, blood vessels become weak and circulation is also weaker. The process is faster if you are not engaged in any type of physical activity. But this doesn’t mean that you immediately have to reach out for pills. In so many cases some kind of physical activity and simple change in nutrition can solve this problem. Make sure you involve these things in your daily menu.

 

WATER
1, 5 liters of water a day is necessary amount of water you need for normal circulation.

HOT PEPPERS
Fresh, dried or powder, hot peppers create that tingling sensation in your mouth when you eat them. And your face starts to glow as a result of rapid blood flow to the capillaries.

IMPROVE YOUR CIRCULATION

GINKGO BILOBA
You can find it in the pharmacy, in the form of capsules or tablets. It improves blood flow to the capillaries, especially in the brain, so it is recommended for problems with memory.

WHEAT GERMS

You can put them in your breakfast cereal or add them to a meal, salad or sandwich, because they are a rich source of vitamin E, which strengthens blood vessels.

GINGER
Ginger is the best product to heat you up.  You can make a bath with ginger powder, or drink tea. Putt 230 g of fresh chopped ginger root in 2 liters of water and bring it to boil.  Remove from heat and leave covered for 15 minutes. It is recommended you drink it in sips. You can add a little lemon and honey.

ROSEMARY WINE
Add a handful of rosemary leaves in a liter of quality red wine (homemade). Keep the mixture in a bottle for a week shaking it well 2-3 times every day. Strain it the eighth day and drink small brandy glass twice a day before a meal. Drink it at least one month.

BASIL
Basil tea will improve your circulation. Pour a liter of boiling water of over 10-15 grams of basil leaves. Let it soak for an hour. And then drink it through the day. You can also use 5-6 drops of basil essential oil on a sugar cube or teaspoon of honey after a meal.

SYRUP FOR CIRCULATION
You need 50 grams of marigold, 100 g of yellow St. John’s wort, 100 g of willow grass, 100 g of nettle and 1 liter of strong brandy or vodka. Chop all the ingredients and place them in a bigger glass jar. Pour over a brandy. Leave it to rest for 21 days occasionally shaking it.  Drink a tablespoon of the syrup in the morning and in the evening. You will see results after two weeks of use.
