In summer during the hot days all we want to eat is fresh fruits and vegetables. With the right combinations of fruits and veggies, and small amounts of meat, cheese, some herbs and spices you can create amazing meals that are healthy and amazing for hot summer. We have 5 salad recipes that can literally be prepared for 5 and contain ingredients that you almost always have in the fridge.

GRAPES, MELON AND FETA SALAD
Ingredients:
• lettuce
• 100g of feta cheese
• 1 small cup of grapes
• 300-400g of melon
• few chopped almonds
• 2 teaspoons of olive oil
You can tear the lettuce to smaller size pieces. Then chop melon and feta cheese. Place everything in a salad bowl and toss the ingredients with a salad spoon. Pour some olive oil in the top. You don’t need to add salt because feta will provide the salad with all needed saltiness.

5 SUMMER SALADS YOU CAN PREPARE IN 5 MINUTES

CUCUMBERS IN SOUR CREAM
Ingredients:
• 2-3 fresh cucumbers
• 1/3 cup of sour cream
• few drops of lemon juice or vinegar
• Dill
• Salt
Wash the cucumbers and peel them. Then chop them on thin circles. Add the cream and stir. Add the dill and the salt and at the end add lemon juice.

WATERMELON AND CUCUMBER SALAD
Ingredients:

• 250g of watermelon
• 2 medium size cucumbers
• 120g of feta cheese
• Basil to leaves
Cut the watermelon on cubes and cut the cucumbers on half circles. Add them in a bowl and add the crumbled feta cheese. Add basil leaves for flavor.

CAPRESE WITH PROSCIUTTO
Ingredients:
• 15 small cherry tomatoes
• 2 balls of mozzarella
• 10 slices prosciutto
• 1/4 lemon
• Olive oil
Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella balls. Squeeze the lemon and add the olive oil. Arrange prosciutto slices on the salad.

MELON AND PROSCIUTTO SALAD
Ingredients:
• 12 slices prosciutto
• lettuce
• 300g melon cut into cubes
• Olive oil
• Lemon juice
Teat the lettuce into smaller pieces and add the melon. Add the olive oil and lemon, and place the prosciutto slices on the top of the salad.
