Cinnamon is good in controlling the blood cholesterol level. It has the ability to lower the bad cholesterol and keep the good at the same level. Cinnamon can also regulate blood sugar levels.  People who suffer from insulin resistance tend to overeat and they often have problems with weight management. HONEY AND CINNAMON MIXTURE

Mix a spoon of honey and a spoon of cinnamon in a cup of warm water. Drink this mixture every morning on empty stomach. It is not explained how this mixture works, people that have used it say they lost weight.  Remember not to put the honey in boiling water because it will destroy most of it nutrients. Use freshly grounded cinnamon.
