Rosemary is a very famous spice that is used in cooking but it is also used for tea preparation.  Rosemary tea is very aromatic and tasty but the most important off all is that it is healthy.

For preparation, boil 250 ml of water and add a tea spoon of dried rosemary leaves. Let it cook for three more minutes, and then let it stay for 10 minutes. Drain and drink warm.


Rosemary tea health benefits:

It improves circulation and is recommended to older people and those who have problems with blood vessels.

This tea works as an analgesic, so it can help with headaches, mile pain in bones, mile toothache, stomach and menstrual pain.

Rosemary tea helps solving problems with bowels such as slow digestion, constipation, diarrhea and cramps. All the symptoms will disappear shortly after you drink the tea.

This tea can be considered as herbal supplement for vitamins and minerals because it is rich with most of needed vitamins and minerals.

Rosemary tea helps with viruses and cold symptoms such as fever, feeling of weakness. If you have this symptoms drink a cup of rosemary tea few times a day. If you have a sore throat, rinse your mouth with this tea.

It improves mental abilities such as concentration, memory, perception etc. it is recommended in situations when you need concentration as studying.  People who suffer Alzheimer’s disease and older people should drink rosemary tea because it can improve their mental condition.

The tea is used to heal mouth ulcers. If you rinse your mouth with rosemary tea few times a day, this painful infection in your mouth will soon disappear.


NOTE: Don’t drink rosemary tea if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult the doctor first if you have to drink it. People that have allergic reaction to rosemary plant shouldn’t drink the tea.  Those who have regular medical therapy should ask a doctor before they decide to use rosemary tea as addition to the therapy.
