This recipe for a fast and easy to make smoothie is very effective and helpful and will increase the iron level in the blood very fast.

To prepare the smoothie you need: 1 beet root, 1 apple, 2 carrots, ½ cup of broccoli and 2 leaves of kale.
Wash all the needed ingredients in cold water. Slice the carrots and beetroot as well as the apple. Tare the broccoli and kale in smaller pieces. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Mix until you get a smooth homogenized mass. It is possible to add some water and lemon juice just for taste. This smoothie will provide your body with all daily necessary needs for iron.

Carrots used in this drink will provide you with all of your daily needs for vitamin A.  This popular vegetable contains a special type of fiber, which reduces the level of cholesterol in the blood. Carrots increase the number of red blood cells, prevent anemia and are beneficial for the liver.

Kale contains large amounts of vitamin K, which participates in the synthesis of factors for blood coagulation. It is rich in vitamin C that remains in the vegetable even after cooking it. The vitamin C improves the absorption of the iron.

 Broccoli is one of the healthiest foods in the world, thanks to an impressive list of healthy ingredients. It contains lutein, dietary fiber, B vitamins and folic acid that are essential for maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels, prevent heart diseases, stroke, and improve health of the arteries. 1/2  cup of  fresh broccoli  a day is recommended dose.
