This recipe for a fast and easy to make smoothie is very effective and helpful and will increase the iron level in the blood very fast.

To prepare the smoothie you need: 1 beet root, 1 apple, 2 carrots, ½ cup of broccoli and 2 leaves of kale.
Wash all the needed ingredients in cold water. Slice the carrots and beetroot as well as the apple. Tare the broccoli and kale in smaller pieces. Place all the ingredients in a blender.
