Liver is considered to be one of the most important organs that can provide normal functioning of the body. Therefore it has to be clean and in good shape so that it can do its heavy tasks.

Our ancestors considered the liver to be the most important organ and believed that it is the center of the soul and all vital functions. And they were right, because the liver does about 500 functions in our body that we know about and is an energy center in the body. This recipe that we have can be used by people of all ages and very effective in providing clean and healthy liver.

NATURAL RECIPE THAT WILL HELP YOU CLEAN THE LIVER

HOW TO PREPARE THE NATURAL LIVER CLEANER?

Ingredients:
3 cups of wholegrain oats;
3 tablespoons of birch buds;
2 tablespoons of cranberry leaves;

1cup of rose hips;
3 tablespoons of yarrow;
2 tablespoons of corn silk;
5 liters of water.

Wash the oats with warm water and place them in a large enamel pot. Add three tablespoons of birch buds and two tablespoons of cranberry leaves. Pour in four liters of cold water and let it stay for 24 hours. Put a liter of water in another pot. Let it boil. Wash a cup of rose hips and put them in the boiling water.

Cook for about 10 minutes, then remove from heat and let it stay for 24 hours. The next day put the large pot on a heat and let it cook on a medium heat for about 15 minutes. Add three tablespoons of yarrow and two tablespoons of corn silk. Then cook all together for another 15 minutes. Then remove and let it aside for 45 minutes. Then strain the both liquids through one layer of gauze. Place the finished drink in dark glass bottles and in a fridge. It can stay five days. Use it in that period. Before you drink a dose warm it up on a hot steam.

NOTE: Avoid food that is greasy, fast food and alcohol to keep you liver healthy.
