Two tablespoons of honey
One tablespoon of cinnamon powder
One cup (250 ml) of water.
You can always change the quantity of the ingredients but always stick to measurement two to one.
HOW TO PREPARE IT:
Bring the water to the boil and after five to six minutes on the medium heat remove from the stove. Pour it over the cinnamon. Cover the container and let it stay until it cools down to a temperature that allows the elixir to be consumed. Then add the honey when it is cold enough. Don’t ever add the honey in hot water because the heat kills all the enzymes and nutrients from the honey. Drink a half of the elixir before you go to bed and leave the rest in the fridge. You will drink that in the morning but don’t heat it up.
