BREAKFAST SMOOTHIES FOR SLIM AND FIT BODY

ORANGE & ALMOND SMOOTHIE

You need these ingredients:

– 1 orange
– 2 tablespoons of chopped almonds

– 1 banana
– 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil
– 2 fresh or dried figs. If you are using dry figs soak them in water for half hour before you use them.
– 1/3 of a cup water
Preparation method:
Put all ingredients in a blender. Mix well until it becomes homogenized and smooth. Drink it while it is fresh.

 

RASPBERRIES &FLAXSEEDS SHAKE

Ingredients:
– 1 cup of raspberries

– 1 apple; if you are using organic apple don’t peel it otherwise peel it off.
– 1 banana
– 1/2 lemon
– 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
Preparation:

Just like previous one. Put everything in a blender and mix until it homogenizes. Drink it while fresh.

KIWI &HAZELNUTS SMOOTHIE

You need:

– 2 kiwis
– 1 banana

– 1 orange

– 1/2 apple
– 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
– 1 tablespoon hazelnuts
Preparation:

Throw all ingredients in a blender and mix so it becomes smooth. Drink fresh.
