This diet can help you to visibly reduce weight, but it can also regulate blood pressure and reduce blood sugar level.It dates from 1939 and was created by Dr. Walter Kempner.  The main purpose of this diet at the timeit was created, was the reduction of blood pressure, blood sugar control, and improving the health of patients kidneys.

When it was noticed that the diet had an effect on reducing weight,  people starterd using it as a weight loss diet. We offer a diet plan that will help you loose seven to ten pounds of body weight.

THIS IS THE RICE DIET PLAN:

Week 1

Breakfast is the same every day: a cup of rice boiled in water, without  any salt or sugar. For the taste you can squeeze in a little lemon juice and add a little olive oil. During the diet use brown rice. For lunch, eat a piece of fruit.
Lunch  for the first week: a cup of rice, a cup of beans, peas or lens, a piece of wholegrain  bread. Use more spices and less salt.
Snack: Fruit
Dinner for the first week: every day a cup of rice and 150 grams of lean meat (chicken or turkey breast, pork chops, fish). Doesn’t use salt on the meatjust squeeze a little lemon juice. You can eat a thin slice of wholegrain bread.

Week 2

The breakfast and snacks are the same

Lunch for the second week: a cup of rice, a piece of wholegrain bread.
Dinner for the second week: a cup of rice and a piece of wholegrain bread.

 

Week 3

Third week is just as first week but you only add a milk meal between lunch and dinner  (200 ml milk or small fruit yogurt).
