It is a vegetarian diet also known as the GM Diet plan. This diet plan bases on consuming fruits and vegetables. By practicing this diet you can lose five to eight kilograms in a week. It also helps in elimination of the fat around the waist and toxin elimination. You will have more energy and your skin will glow. The Diet Plan Step By Step:
This Diet Plan includes fruits, vegetables and starch. It is very important to drink to 10 glasses of water a day. Avoid alcohol especially in the time you are on a diet. This is the plan for this diet step by step.
Day 1-FRUIT DAY
Remember that the first day is always the hardest, so avoid cravings for food that is not fruit and vegetables. You can eat all type of fruits besides grapes, bananas, litchi and mango. The best fruits are watermelon, melon, orange, limes, apple, pomegranates and strawberry. You can eat fruit as much as you like up to 20 times a day as long it is just FRUIT!
Day 2-VEGETABLES DAY
The second day is “All veggies day”. You can eat as much as you like and eat it raw or boiled. You can eat nothing but vegetables and only vegetables. You can start with adding a teaspoon of butter to boiled potato so your body can have enough energy for a day. Then continue just with vegetables raw or cooked. If you chose potatoes just one is enough. To make the veggies tasteful you are allowed to season them and add herbs like oregano or basil. If you make it through this day you are definitely going to the end.
DAY 3-FRUIT AND VEGGIE
This day is combination. You can eat all the fruits and vegetables from previous days. You don’t need potatoes because you are eating enough carbohydrates from the fruits. Remember to drink a lot of water. Day 3 is a combination of day 1 and 2. You can eat the mentioned fruits and vegetables. Eat any quantity and any amount you like and drink lots of water as directed.
DAY 4-BANANA AND MILK DAY
This day you can eat up to 6 bananas and drink 4 glasses of milk. You can have diluted soup as a meal to help you in the weight loss process. Keep encouraging yourself, you are closer to your goal every day.
DAY 5 -MEAL DAY
Day 5 you can have a real meal. You can eat paneer (tomatoes, sprouts and cottage cheese), you can add soya chunks to the meal. This day 6 tomatoes are allowed and you can drink up to 14 glasses of water. This is because your body needs cleaning from all kind of toxins.
DAY 6- NO TOMATOES DAY
You can eat sprouts, cottage cheese and other vegetables but no tomatoes. By this time changes will be noticed on your body. Continue with higher amount of water.
Day 7-RICE DAY
This is the most important day of the diet. You can have fresh fruit juice, one cup of brown rice and vegetables you like. Continue with water.
And that is all. It is simple and everyone can succeed if you plan well. Stay away from juices, just drink water. You can drink black tea, black coffee and lime water but no sugar added. Veggies can be used as salad with lemon juice, herbs, garlic and nothing else. You can choose vegetables you like. Some kind of physical activity is recommended.

It is very important for you not to get back the kilos you lost during this period. You just have to stick to certain rules so the weight won’t come back. You have to improve your diet habits by constantly moderating the nutrients. You definitely need a physical activity to keep your body in shape. You need a balanced intake of minerals, fiber, vitamins, proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
