300 ml kefir (or low-fat yogurt)
2 tablespoons of oat flakes
1 teaspoon flaxseed

5-7 dried plums seeds removed.

How to prepare it:
Always prepare it the night before. Put the plums in 100 ml of boiling water. Cover and set aside for 5-10 minutes. In the meantime put the oats, flax and cocoa in a bowl. Add the kefir and stir well.
During that time, put in a bowl of oatmeal, flax seed and cocoa powder. Add kefir and all stir well. Take plums out of the water and finely chop or blend them. Mix in and leave in the fridge.
