  • Dinner: 2 tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, ½ kg lettuce and 2 rusks.

 

Day2:

  • Breakfast: same as day 1
  • Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg and yogurt(or sour milk) and 2 rusks
  • Dinner: 125gr milled beef, 1 tomato, 1 rusk and a cup of coffee or tea without sugar.

Day 3

  • Breakfast: same as day 1
  • Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 orange, 1 sour milk and a smaller lettuce.
  • Dinner : 125 gr. minced meat, 1 orange, 1 rusk and a cup of green tea or coffee without sugar.

Day 4

  • Breakfast: same as day 1
  • Lunch: 125 gr. fresh cottage cheese (low fat) or mozzarella, 1 tomato, 1 rusk.
  • Dinner: 125 gr. minced meat, 2 tomatoes (200 ml tomato  puree), 1 apple and 1 rusk.

Day 5:

  • Breakfast: same as day 1
  • Lunch: 200 gr. boiled meat or fish, 1 tomato and 1 rusk.
  • Dinner: 500 gr. boiled vegetables (carrot, potatoes, and peas), 1 egg and 1 tomato.

 

During the weekends you eat normal and then start this menu twice more. In the days you are allowed to eat normal don’t over eat, don’t eat sweets and snacks. Eat normal and drink water. When you reach wanted weight every Monday eat by this scheme and you will keep the weight that you lost with this 15 kg in 15 days diet.

Your Monday menu is:

Breakfast: 1 glass of lemonade without sugar.

Lunch: 1 egg, 1 rusk, 1 apple or 1 tomato.

Dinner: 1 rusk, 1 egg or 1 tomato.

 

Directions and rules for 15 kg in 15 days diet

 

The meat and boiled vegetables can be seasoned with dry spice. Don’t drink alcohol. You can eat the food cold or warm but it is important that you take them by the right order. You will lose 2, 5 to 5kg after the first 5 days. After the first period of 5 days be at least 2 days without diet and eat moderate. Repeat the diet three times. In 15 days you will lose 15 kg and you will never get them back if you eat normal.
